Exercising - consistency is the key

Hi guys,

It is important when eating and exercising to be consistent!

This means to get your dear self out there and moving, even to start with 15 minutes a day and keep to the same time each day until it is something you just do automatically and becomes a habit.

This means train regularly at similar times each day. Especially when starting a new program, as it takes approx 21 days to form a new habit. Keep the momentum going and remember to have fun!!
